Course registration
Registrations must be made in writing.
General
The course costs include the teaching materials. The participation fee is to be transferred after receipt of the invoice, but no later than 14 days before the start of the course. Free cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the course. After this deadline, we will charge a fee of half of the course cost. Substitute participants can be registered. In case of course cancellation or no-show, no refund of the fee will be made.
Type of courses
Courses can be face-to-face or virtual, depending on the situation. The mixed form (blended learning concept) is also possible.
Number of participants for group training
Minimum 3, maximum 4 persons. If more people register than can be accommodated, a waiting list will be created. Consideration will be given in the order of registration. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course if participation is too low.
Individual courses
We also offer individual courses. Tailored to your needs and requirements! These can also be done hourly via Teamviewer/Skype, eliminating travel time.
Hotel reservations
Please understand that we do not make hotel reservations for you. However, we will be happy to provide you with hotel addresses.

Our courses are subject to VAT, all prices are therefore exclusive of current VAT.
