Gertsch Consulting & Mode Vision assures you that our employees are sufficiently trained and familiar with confidentiality and due diligence obligations.

The remote maintenance takes place in the sense of the European data protection basic regulation.

Please note that this service is only available to you during our business hours after telephone or written agreement with our support staff.

  • The consultant cannot view your PC without your express consent.
  • The consultant cannot work with you without your express consent.
  • It is not possible to remove data from your PC unnoticed and without authorization.
  • You can terminate the joint session at any time.

Costs

If you do not have a valid and ongoing maintenance contract for your problem, we will charge you for the service.
